Welcome to the SDL Language Technologies Support request page

It is our mission to provide all our customers with excellent customer service and support. As a customer with a current Support and Maintenance agreement (PSMA) you will get assistance using our support portal.

Accessing the Support Portal

To log a Support Case  first log into your SDL My Account, then select My Support and follow the instructions to log your Support Case.

Once you are there the website itself is divided up into various sections.

Ideas.sdl.com is a forum where SDL Language Technologies customers can suggest new functionality and features they would like to see in SDL software.

Customers will also be able to see the product suggestions that have been made by other users and promote their favourite enhancements.

Ideas.sdl.com is designed to foster an environment of collaboration where customers can interact with SDL and other users.
