responsibility for managing DMRLs, DMLs, and DDNs.
Course Outline: This course will provide instruction on reading and interpreting DMCs, uploading data, creating DMCs and data modules, data module templates, and DDNs. You will gain an understanding of how to create and manage Contenta projects, workflows, and resource assignments.
Who Should Attend: Publication Managers responsible for creating publications.
Course Outline: This course will cover all aspects of publishing, including how to publish IETMs using SDL LiveContent, how to publish to PDF using SDL XPP, and the SDL Contenta S1000D publishing interface.
Who Should Attend: Contenta System Administrators and users responsible for adding new tools, roles, desktops, property sheet fields, and workpools.
Course Outline: This course will include instruction for creating the S1000D database, uploading data, customizing the search tool, using the Contenta administration tool to modify property sheets and creating custom roles and toolboxes (permissions). You will learn how to create user desktops and provide user access, create workpools, workflow templates, and projects. Training will also be provided on the use of the Contenta System Administration Command Line Tools.
